  • David Leipholtz

    Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

    David is dedicated to strengthening communities through clear information and practical policy solutions. Through partnerships with more than 40 organizations across the private, public, and philanthropic sectors, David has led over 50 projects focused on major challenges, including the digital divide, economic mobility, public health, and community development. Known for providing objective, trusted research, David helps leaders make informed decisions that support stronger, more equitable communities.

  • Kyle Juvers

    Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

    Kyle oversees Civic Insight’s day-to-day and long-term operations, including stakeholder engagement and partnerships, vendor management, and financial stewardship, ensuring the organization stays aligned with its mission and goals. In addition to his regulatory responsibilities, Kyle develops thoughtful approaches that shape how data is collected, analyzed, and shared, effectively helping community partners understand and use key findings. 

  • Marius Johnson-Malone

    Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer

    Marius leads data-driven research efforts focused on financial well-being, economic mobility, and systemic disparities. As a research leader, Marius directs a team that conducts statistical analysis, data visualization, and impact evaluation to support nonprofits and civic partners. Marius creates key performance indicators and regional financial scorecards, translates complex data into clear, actionable insights, and presents findings to policymakers and funders.

  • Abby Clavin

    Director of Strategic Initiatives

    Abby manages a portfolio of projects that support collaboration with residents, nonprofits, corporations, foundations, and government partners. Leveraging processes and technology, Abby builds and monitors tools that guide analysis, identify challenges, and shape effective solutions. Abby works with complex datasets and turns them into clear visuals and maps—empowering partners to comfortably utilize their data.

  • Lisa Andes

    Director of Data and Analytics

    Lisa oversees Civic Insight’s proprietary and public data assets, drives analytical strategy, and delivers constructive insights to partners. As the lead data architect, Lisa supervises the data team while translating complex technical outputs into accessible visuals, narratives, and policy-relevant insights for partners and the public. Lisa is instrumental in ensuring responsible use and management of sensitive data while shaping partner-centric solutions.

  • Lesley Onstott

    Research and Initiatives Manager

    Lesley coordinates timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external partners, supporting senior leadership in overseeing project management. Lesley conducts applied research, assists with literature reviews, and brings together qualitative insights to support clear, partner-facing work. With a strong ability to shape narratives and translate findings, Lesley helps turn research into accessible and actionable tools that support informed decision-making.

  • Jamie Vergano

    Data Analyst and Visualization Specialist

    Jamie collaborates with partners to understand their needs, define project goals, and ensure that data-driven solutions meet their objectives. In addition to performing statistical analyses and identifying trends, Jamie designs and creates compelling data visualizations that allow for easy interpretation of key insights.

  • Xiaoyu Huang

    Social Research Analyst

    Xiaoyu conducts initial data cleaning and analysis, administers research on key social and economic issues, and develops accessible data visualizations. Simultaneously, Xiaoyu supports the development of quantitative and qualitative research products while gathering information on community initiatives that may garner partner collaboration.

  • Jackson Sorth

    Research Fellow

    Jackson supports Civic Insight’s research through data collection, background research, and ensuring quality control across data and deliverables. With strong attention to detail and organization, Jackson helps ensure projects stay on track and research outputs are accurate, clear, and consistent.
