Eskridge Estates—the first new housing development in Wellston in decades—was created by the Community Impact Network’s Equity Homes to give residents a stronger financial foundation and help the community grow. To understand its impact, the Community Impact Network partnered with Civic Insight to study how new homeowners were doing before and after moving in, and to compare their progress with other Wellston residents. This analysis helps show whether the development is meeting its goals of strengthening financial stability and creating new opportunities for the community.
