As part of its renewed commitment to St. Louis, the James S. McDonnell Foundation partnered with Civic Insight to better understand the region’s economic landscape. By analyzing community-level data on demographics, financial stability and access, Civic Insight helped the Foundation see where challenges were most acute and where targeted investments could drive meaningful change. The work equipped the board with a clearer, shared picture of regional needs, strengthening long-term planning and investment decisions.
